Prerequisites: The basic foundation skills with the Fine Point Oxford Needle are required, students should have completed at least one other project or ideally, have taken a beginner course with an Oxford Certified Instructor.

Curious how to use some of the other, interesting, quirky, shiny, or just plain fun fibers in your stash? This design invites you to do that!
This is a great opportunity to explore and play with Laura! Raid your yarn collections for a variety of fibers (as long as they fit in Fine Oxford Punch Needles) and learn about working with multiple strands at once, using a “carrier” yarn to convince that skinny, shiny thread you really love to work, and tricks for keeping snarky threads organized while punching.
We’ll also discuss color planning and how to get the most out of experimenting in this medium. Part of the delight of this project is that everyone’s pieces will be different! Adorn with a favorite brooch or button as a finishing touch, if you desire. Laura will also cover how to hem a piece that is round.
Finished dimensions of the flower design are 14 inches diameter.
