Paulette had always loved sewing and knitting but when she discovered punching it was magic: " painting with yarn." It was in the early 90's when Paulette took a class with Amy at Frog Hollow in Middlebury, Vermont. As an elementary school teacher she had access to many wonderful student drawings which she used as her beginning projects (with permission, of course). In 2003 she began Paulette's Punchettes which meets regularly in the Central Vermont area. They are a group of fiber artists who get together to share and support each other in whatever creative endeavor they are involved. They love to learn new things and also find ways to help others through fiber arts. New members and drop ins are welcome.
