Lil is an Oxford Punch Certified Instructor, an OHCG Certified Teacher, and a member of the RHGNL Teachers Branch. She Co-owns Fall into Fibre2, which is a Virtual Learning Experience where all things Fibre are taught. Lil was introduced by her motherto both traditional rug hooking and rug punching when she was a child, along with a variety of other arts/crafts including weaving, beading, felting, tatting, crocheting, and knitting to name a few. She loves to incorporate all these art forms into her rug punching projects and believes that the sky is the limit, and encourages her students to think outside the box. Lil enjoys teaching Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced students alike, helping students learn how to incorporate other art forms into their punched pieces. She is enthusiastic about teaching a variety of courses; her specialties are: Three-Dimensional, Functional, Wearable Art including a variety of Moccasins, Tartans and Beading. Lil enjoys teaching in person and is willing to travel, and teaching virtually to help people across the globe and in all time zones.
