Sara is a certified Oxford Punch Needle Rug Hooking Instructor based in the UK, passionate about sharing her love for punch needle with others. Determined to increase visibility of punch needle in the UK, she launched her business, Whole Punching, as a one stop shop for all things punch needle. Welcoming beginners, experts, and everyone in between to embrace a slower-paced, sustainable lifestyle through contemporary craft, providing high quality materials and guidance along the way. In 2020 she published her first book, Weekend Makes: Punch Needle, a collection of 25 punch needle projects and guidance for beginners. A love for modern and botanical designs is evident throughout her work. She has a particular fondness for making cushions and homewares. Sara loves to teach and as previously based in Bristol has taught a range of workshops across the South West. Sara can often be found in her home studio experimenting with yarn and challenging herself to push the boundaries of the craft.
