Some Changes at the School and New Lodging Partners...
We're happy to be able to partner with Cornwall Orchards B&B and they are giving our students a 15-25% discount in 2020. We continue to have a 15% discount with The Middlebury Courtyard Marriott and I've listed other places to stay below.
Some Changes at the School: We're sad to say that we will not be able to offer lodging at our schoolhouse this year. We've adored having you stay with us but an unexpected event beyond our control has made us burst at the seams! What happened? It's remarkable! We had the incredible good fortune of having our Oxford Punch Needle discovered on social media thanks to an Instagram video posted by Arounna Khounnoraj from the Toronto company Bookhou. Our little punches were suddenly the rage and the next thing we knew orders were pouring in from all over the world! To meet the demand we've spread out into the bedrooms here at the school. It's all been a huge change for us and for those of you who like staying here... we know it will be a big change for you too.
We'll really miss having you spend the nights with us but hope you will still come for classes during the day and stay to punch in the evenings! The rug school has stayed the same - there's just a lot of punch needles squirreled away everywhere else! Please still come and see us - we love sharing the joy of punch needle rug hooking with you!

Cornwall Orchards Bed & Breakfast
Lise Anderson and Miles Peterle of Cornwall Orchards B&B have kindly offered a generous discount just for you! The B&B is located 2.8 miles north of our school on Route 30. The charming farmhouse, originally built in 1783, was impeccably re-designed twenty years ago to offer 4 guest rooms, each with private bathrooms and seasonal views of gardens and meadows. Lise and Miles will have fresh baked goods and hot coffee or tea to start your day or a full breakfast with organic ingredients is available for an additional $10. You’re welcome to relax or work on your rug project in the living room, on the deck, or at the dining room table. You can also take a break and connect with nature on their 13 acres.

- 1-2 nights: 15% off
- 3 nights or more: 25% off
- $10 breakfast (usually $20)
To receive a discount when you book online enter the code “punch” for 1-2 nights and “hookrugs” for 3 nights or more.
